You may use this site and place an order only if you are a qualified researcher aged 21 or older, purchasing for lawful, in-vitro laboratory research, and able to form a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that all of this is true and that you are responsible for the lawful handling, storage, and use of anything you buy.
Research use onlyNature of the products
All products sold on this site are research reagents supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. They have not been approved by the FDA for human use. Nothing on this website is a medical claim or a recommendation to use any compound in or on the body. You are solely responsible for using the products lawfully and safely, and for complying with every law and institutional rule that applies to you.
OrdersOrders and payment
An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process it. Payment is by credit or debit card through our processor, Stripe, at the time you place the order. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing or description, ineligibility, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.
PricingPricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We work to keep product details, stock, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Stock is limited and offered while available.
ShippingShipping

ReturnsReturns and refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your conductAcceptable use

Beyond the certificate of analysis provided for each lot, the site and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Because we have no control over how a buyer handles or uses a product after delivery, we make no warranty about any result of such use.
LiabilityLimitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTT Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the handling, storage, or use of a product after it is delivered. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold RTT Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the site, your purchase, or your handling or use of any product in violation of these terms or the law.
LawGoverning law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RTT Peptides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
