Do you ship nationwide across the United States?
Yes. Orders ship the next business day from within the United States by tracked courier and arrive in 2 business days, with a cold pack for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Is testing and a COA provided?
Every lot is assayed in-house by HPLC and mass spectrometry and ships with its certificate of analysis. Independent third-party verification of any lot is available on request. You can look up any lot by its batch number.
How discreet is your packaging?
Plain, unbranded, sealed packaging with nothing on the outside that names or hints at the contents.
What is the intended use of these products?
Every compound is supplied strictly as a reagent for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not for human or veterinary use.
Do these come ready to use, or do I need to reconstitute them?
The peptides are supplied lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability, so they are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water in a laboratory setting for in-vitro research. Our free reconstitution calculator works out the concentration and syringe draw for any vial size, and bacteriostatic water is stocked in our reconstitution supplies.
How should I store my compounds once they arrive?
They ship lyophilized (freeze-dried), which is stable in transit and tolerates brief time at room temperature. Keep the sealed vial refrigerated for short-term storage or frozen near minus 20 C for longer, and once reconstituted keep the vial refrigerated and use it within its stability window. How do I know I will receive my order after paying by card?
Every order is covered by our delivery guarantee: if it is lost, held, damaged, or arrives wrong, we reship it or refund you, no dispute needed. You get a tracking number by email at dispatch, and support replies within one business day.
What happens if my package is held or seized?
Because we ship domestically, packages do not clear customs. If a package is held or seized, it is covered by the delivery guarantee and we reship or refund. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging from within the US.
What shows on my bank statement?
Nothing that names a product. Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear under a neutral trading name.
Do you provide third-party testing?
Every batch is HPLC and mass-spec tested and ships with its certificate of analysis. Independent third-party HPLC/MS verification of any lot is available on request, and our independent-test guarantee refunds your order if a vial does not match its certificate.
Can I verify a specific batch before I buy?
Yes. Each product page shows the lot currently shipping with a link to its certificate, and you can look up any batch number on the Verify COA page.
