Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information RTT Peptides collects when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what is needed to take, ship, and support your order.

Information we collect
We collect only what an order and good support require:
- Order and contact details. Your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number, entered at checkout so we can process, ship, and give you tracking for your order.
- Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Account information. If you create an account, we store your email, a securely hashed password, your saved addresses, and your order history so you can track and reorder.
- Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. This helps the site work, keeps your cart, and lets us measure how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
- To take payment, prepare, and ship your order, and to send order, payment, and tracking updates by email.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other unlawful activity.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and catalog.
- To send occasional updates about restocks, new compounds, and certificates, only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your session and shopping cart working. These cannot be turned off without breaking core features of the site.
We also use analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta pixel, to understand how our ads and pages perform and to measure conversions. These tools may set their own cookies and receive limited event data, such as which pages you viewed or that an order was placed. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, your device ad settings, or your Meta ad preferences. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to place an order.
SharingHow we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make an order possible, and only as far as each one needs:
- Payment processing with Stripe, to charge your card securely.
- Shipping with the carrier that delivers your parcel, to create a label and provide tracking.
- Email delivery with our email provider, to send order and support messages.
- Analytics and advertising with providers such as Meta, as described above.
- Legal compliance, where we are required to respond to a lawful request, protect our rights, or prevent harm.
Each provider is bound to use your information only to perform its service for us.
RetentionHow long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, provide support, and meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion of your account at any time using the contact below.
Your choicesYour rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of marketing and certain data uses. To exercise any of these rights, email support@rttpeptides.com from the address on your order and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
SecurityHow we protect your information
Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS, payments run on Stripe's secured infrastructure, and account passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
EligibilityAge requirement
Our products and this website are intended only for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
UpdatesChanges to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
