Do you ship outside the US?
No. RTT ships within the United States only, from a US facility. We cannot ship internationally or accept cross-border orders. Every parcel leaves as a research reagent for laboratory use only.
What if a package is held or seized?
Shipments are domestic and move on a tracked service, so any hold or exception appears in your tracking. In the rare case a parcel is held, reply to your dispatch email or write to support@rttpeptides.com and we will help you open a trace with the carrier and work out the next step. Every shipment is labeled as research materials, not for human or animal use.
How is cold chain handled?
Temperature-sensitive lots ship in an insulated mailer with a gel cold pack sized for typical domestic transit. Lyophilized, or freeze-dried, peptides are stable for the short time they spend in transit at ambient temperature. On arrival, store each lot as directed on its certificate of analysis.
How fast is dispatch?
We dispatch the next business day after your payment clears. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier on the next business day, then move on a tracked 2 business day service. Because we ship only once payment has cleared, paying by card at checkout is the fastest way out the door.
